Lee Rea, Esq. (she/her) is an Executive Strategist for the senior leadership team at Taproot Earth. From her background in law and conflict resolution, Lee understands self-determination and collective decision-making as central to a just world. Coming of age in post-Katrina New Orleans, Lee saw firsthand the importance of reparations and community governance in disaster recovery. Lee is rooted in New Orleans and spends her time on Bayou Sauvage with as many frogs, birds, and humans as possible.
