Global Facilitation Team Training

ANTIGUA & BARBUDA

MAY 6 — 12, 2026

Taproot Earth brings together facilitators from across regions to strengthen the practices that support our work with frontline communities. From May 6 to 12, 2026, Taproot Earth will convene a Global Facilitation Team Training in Antigua and Barbuda.

This private, invitation-only gathering brings together members of Taproot Earth’s facilitation network for collaborative learning, skill building, and alignment in support of our shared work with frontline communities. Participants include facilitators and movement partners who support Taproot’s programs, convenings, and community processes across regions.

THE Purpose of OUR Gathering:

The Global Facilitation Team Training is designed to strengthen the facilitation capacity that supports Taproot Earth’s work advancing frontline climate solutions.

During the training, participants will deepen shared practices for:

  • facilitation grounded in equity and collective leadership

  • supporting community-centered decision-making

  • strengthening collaboration across regions and movements

The gathering also creates space for reflection, relationship building, and alignment among facilitators who help guide Taproot Earth’s programs and convenings.
