Coming together the day after the U.S. elections, Gulf South to Appalachia (GS2A) is opening its November regional call to members of Taproot Earth's sister formations, Taproot Noire and the Just Transition Lawyering Network, for a special post-election gathering. Elections alone won't deliver the world we're fighting for, but their outcomes carry real implications for frontline communities, organizing, and movements across the Gulf South, Appalachia, and the Global South. Together, we'll reflect on the election's implications, hear perspectives from frontline leaders in Brazil and Colombia, and explore how we strengthen cross-regional solidarity, collective power, and community-led governance beyond election cycles. Register to join the conversation.
